The best managers are the ones who fire the HR department when inter-team projects go wrong. Hiring bad eggs, mismanaging staff, and allowing standards to lapse is simply unacceptable. The HR department has a great deal of responsibility that is easily shirked…but it shouldn’t be. Every HR manager should follow at least these eight commandments.
