Why Do Projects Fail?

When you think of a Fortune 500 company and imagine they are leading a big new project, what do you think their chances are at success? 100%? Ok, let’s be more realistic – 81.3%? But not below 70%, right? Well, a study of more than 200 international companies with over 10,000 projects has shown that barely 3% of companies manage to finish all of their projects.
