Running is good for us in several ways – it improves our bone strength, keeps in check weight disorders and cholestrol issues, improves metabolism among many other problems. According to popular site Running World, running helps us live longer – a review of 22 studies found that people working out 2.5 hours a week are 19 percent less likely to die prematurely than those who don’t . A separate study found that active people have a 50 percent lower risk of premature death.
