A four star rating indicates that the airlines is providing a good standard of product across all the categories of travel. A good standard of staff service delivery and Airport environment is also offered by these airlines.
A 3 star rating indicates a satisfactory standard of core product across all the categories of travel. It also reflects poor or less consistent standards of staff service and product quality in on-board and airport features. A map consisting of the airline’s hub has also been included in here for reference purposes. This infographic is quite informative and quite interesting and brings about the fact about the current scenario in the American Airline Industry.
