There was a small town where there were 20 citizens, some were merchants, cobbler, tailor, farmers .One day a new family headed by a tailor moved to town. Other tailors were not happy with his presence in town because he would fetch their work orders. But his presence also benefited merchants by buying household stuff from them, and also the farmer by buying vegetable from the farmer. This lead to growth of demand of different items in the town. But if the tailor was not allowed to enter in the town than there wouldn’t have been growth of economy in the town.

Immigration is an important issue for every country. Because of 2008 Economic crisis people started searching for jobs in foreign countries. So most countries made stricter norms for illegal immigrants. It is important for the employer to check whether the employee is liable to work, because many people coming from other country with general visitor’s visa start working which is not legal.
Students with expired visas and working more than allowed hours are also not liable to work. And there is strict action against this in UK. Therefore it is the employer’s responsibility to prevent illegal working in the country by ensuring the employees are having valid visa.
